This is, of course, a reference to the speedrunner Dream being caught cheating after publishing a word record with item drop rates so lucky that the mods determined there was only a 10^-24 chance of hitting them fairly.
Here's a subpuzzle rejected for being too hard: Dream diary, last night I was exploring a swelteringly hot fortress when I was attacked by a gigantic horde of burning floating heads! I barely dodged their fireballs as I fought them. They kept coming and coming… I must have killed a billion of them. When it was all over, I managed to salvage these ever-burning sticks from some of their remains. I don’t remember how many I found, but I do remember that, strangely, it was at least 500067434.
