The patients listed all died in notable or unusual ways. The medications prescribed to them are supposed to treat these issues. Every medication is constructed in the following way:

1. Classify the cause of death into one of five categories, each corresponding to a prefix.
2. Concatenate to this the entity involved in the death, spelled out using the NATO phonetic alphabet but where each letter has had its first letter removed. For example, JOY becomes jULIETT + oSCAR + yANKEE = ULIETTSCARANKEE.
3. Apply a transformation to the whole result based on the category.

Here are the five categories:

Falling	cado	Reverse the string.	In practice, this results in the suffix "odac".
Other	alio	Rot-13 the entity involved in the death before doing the NATO phonetic alphabet step.	In practice, the "alio" prefix stays intact for once.
