The Sixth Floor Games Lounge
This puzzle depicts a game of Codenames: Pictures as played by the Secret Service. The clue called on each turn is a Secret Service Codename for a president whose party affiliation matches the color of the team playing. For each turn, the colors of the cards called are indicated by the colored boxes to the right of each clue. By looking at matches on the board, the turns taken can be deduced. For example, SCORECARD Is the only codename that could match with 7 red cards and one green card. The turns called are then:
"LOCKMASTER, for 5"
"SCORECARD, for 7"
"EAGLE, for 3"
"SEARCHLIGHT, for 2"
"RENEGADE, for 3"
"TIMBERWOLF, for 1"
"LANCER, for 2"
Indexing by the number called into the codename gives the answer MAGENTA.
