The puzzle asks you to find the numbers and gives you a map,
so this is a runaround puzzle. When solvers go to each of the buildings circled in the map, they find signs on each building. Each sign has three unique numbers. Match up the numbers to the pictures and reduce modulo the building number to get numbers from 1 to 26. Indexing into the alphabet gives the answer: MONOMIAL SYMMETRIC POLYNOMIAL.
