When puzzlers came to us with instructions, we asked them what the insturctions were, exactly.  When told "come to hq and play twister," we showed them the twister boards set up (out in the open in the lounge), and, always having at least three people playing (from different teams, or from those of us running the hunt), we read the following moves to them:
